Currently, the Superintendent at Mt. Olive CUSD #5, Dr. Kelly has been recognized for her outstanding contributions, including receiving the NAESP Distinguished Elementary School Principal Award in 2014 and the Middle School Principal of the Year Award in 2021.
Dr. Neil Lesinski
Community High School District 155, Crystal Lake, IL
Dr. Neil Lesinski is the superintendent of District 155 in Crystal Lake, Illinois, and previously served as the principal of Cary-Grove High School. With experience as a tennis coach, English teacher, and curriculum director, Dr. Lesinski is known for his engaging presentations on educational leadership, literacy, and trauma-informed practices. In July 2023, Dr. Craig Lockhart was appointed as the 11th Superintendent of Valdosta City Schools in Valdosta, Georgia, where he is leading significant initiatives, including the establishment of a regional college and career academy, revising the district’s strategic plan for 2025-2030, and promoting literacy. Prior to this role, Dr. Lockhart served as the superintendent of Dooly County Schools in Vienna, Georgia, where he successfully removed all schools from the state's lowest 5% performance list and secured a $3.1 million grant for a college and career academy.
