Neal Adams

Superintendent of Randolph Eastern School Corporation

Neal Adams has over 31 years of experience in education. Starting as an Agriculture/FFA teacher, he later served in roles like Athletic Director, Principal, and Assistant Superintendent. Under his leadership, the district earned a $3.3 million School Transformation Grant and achieved Indiana STEM certification. Neal holds advanced degrees from Ball State University and Purdue University.

Dr. Kelly Coffin

Interim Superintendent of Farmington Public Schools

Dr. Kelly Coffin has been in education for 30 years, serving as an educator in both general education and special education, a building administrator at the elementary and secondary level, local and intermediate school district assistant superintendent, adjunct professor for Eastern Michigan University’s Leadership and Counseling department, and a local district superintendent.  Kelly has also worked most recently with Michigan Virtual to support educators in the work of embracing remote/virtual learning and adopting a learning management system to enhance the K-12 instructional delivery model across the educational system.

Jason Mantell is the district superintendent at Oak Hill Union Local in Jackson County, Ohio, with 24 years of experience in education. Before becoming superintendent, he was a teacher, coach, athletic director, principal, and central office administrator. Jason also has nearly a decade of experience advising educational technology companies across the U.S.

Kirk Koenneccke

CEO/Superintendent of Indian Hill Exempted Village School District

Kirk Koennecke, the 2023 NASS National Superintendent of the Year, has dedicated 27 years to serving students, with 18 years in administration. Now in his sixth year at the Indian Hill School District, Mr. Koennecke continues his mission to pair students' passions with purpose, providing opportunities in academics, arts, and athletics.

Dr. Juliette Pennyman

Superintendent of Hudson City School District

Dr. Pennyman is the Superintendent of Hudson City School District. With extensive experience in education, she has held leadership roles such as Assistant Superintendent, Chief of Schools, and building principal in various districts. Dr. Pennyman holds a doctorate in educational and organizational leadership and is also an educational consultant and advisor for a STEAM academy.

An educational leader with a strong background in education management, Heidie is skilled in team building, organizational leadership, and strategic planning. With an Education Specialist Degree (Ed.S.) in Educational Leadership and Administration. She brings expertise in managing and developing educational teams. Ms Ciesieski is pursuing a doctoral degree at Central Michigan University to further enhance their leadership skills.
