Week Eight: An Interview with IEI's CEO Doug Roberts on WPTF FM 107.5 & AM 680
This week, IEI CEO and Founder Doug Roberts discussed how extended tenure for school superintendents significantly improved outcomes for students, allowing leaders to build stronger relationships with teachers, students, and the community. Data points to what we have believed all along: The longer a superintendent stayed in their district, the better they understood the unique needs of their school community and were able to implement meaningful, long-term improvements. Additionally, by focusing on integrating AI and social media into the curriculum, schools were able to better engage students, fostering creativity and communication in a way that enhanced their learning experience. With thoughtful use, these tools not only supported academic growth but also strengthened connections within the school community.
